Join us for our Annual Benefit Administrators' Conference and learn all about our health insurance program!

We’ll provide you with information, conversation, and an opportunity to see why nearly 700 local government entities across Alabama trust us with their health insurance. 

Learn about our health insurance benefits, programs, and premiums from key players and decision makers from our organization and our health partners. You’ll also be able to meet with your counterparts from other local government entities.

Our conferences are free to attend and include free breakfast, lunch, and refreshments.


Important Information

  • This year, we're hosting a 2-day conference in Vestavia Hills.
  • Each day will feature the same presenters and presentations, so please only choose one day!
  • Registration begins at 7:30am each day.
  • Opening remarks begin at 8:45am each day.
  • From 8:45am-10:30am each day, we will review enrollment rules, retiree basics, audit basics, and a financial overview. This portion is a great overview for new unit administrators. Experienced unit administrators are welcome to join us at 10:30am if they prefer to skip this overview, or join us at 8:45am for a refresher.
  • Our conference is free for all attendees.
