Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Alabama
To order new Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Alabama cards, you must login to your account at AlabamaBlue.com. Under the "myBlueCross" tab at the top, click on "ID Cards". You will have the option to send your ID card to a dependent or provider via email, download an image of your card to print, or order new cards.
To access a digital ID card, download the Alabama Blue app, login to your account, and click "ID Cards" at the bottom of the app.
You can also order new ID cards by calling Member Customer Service at 1-800-321-4391.
Prime Therapeutics
To order new Prime Therapeutics cards, login to your MyPrime.com account. Click your name in the top navigation bar and click "Manage My Account". Click "Member Information" and "Print temporary ID card" to print a temporary card.
To access a digital ID card, download the Alabama Blue app, login to your account, and click "ID Cards" at the bottom of the app.
